How to Plan an Awesome Virtual Valentine’s Day Date

Here’s how to plan an awesome virtual Valentine’s Day date:
- Start by sending an online Valentine’s Day card asking her (or him) to join you for an evening of online fun on Valentine’s Day. Keep your message fun. Send the card soon so she can clear her schedule. (Of course, this is a virtual date so you can schedule it any time you’re both available.)
- Start Valentine’s Day by emailing her a virtual bouquet of roses with a Happy Valentine’s Day note.
- While you’re waiting for the big day, plan the date. Your entertainment options are limitless, but base your choices on interests you both share. Have more than one option mapped out. If your first idea bombs, you want to be ready to move on to something different. Here are a few virtual date ideas to get your creative juices flowing:
- Watch an online movie together. Keep up a running commentary via chat.
- Using the same idea, you can take in a sporting event, visit a museum, check out an art gallery or take a tour of an exotic vacation spot.
